Jacqueline & Matthew were married in a beautiful cozy venue, Annenberg Beach House. They flew down from Vancouver, Canada to have a big day in Santa Monica which is where Matthew proposed to Jacqueline.

Kate and Dylan were married last year at lovely Shutters on the Beach hotel in Santa Monica. I really enjoyed working with these two .

Kate carried a bouquet of white flowers: white peonies, white cymbidium orchid and accented with dusty miller and wrapped with ivory satin ribbon. Matching her simple and elegant dress.
Maria carried a bouquet of white and ivory flowers: white “polo” roses, white freesia, and white cymbidium orchids with pink throats, white mini calla lilies.
We made a tall arrangement with curly willow, white hydrangeas, white dendrobium orchids for the escort table.
She liked a simple, elegant wedding with a little bit beach theme.
Jenny and Daniel were married at lovely Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades. I really enjoyed working with these two — they are a fun and cute couple!

oyce carried a bridal bouquet of pink and peach flowers: pink/peach " Juliet" garden rose, white “polo” roses, white ranunculus, white sweetpeas, pink dahlia, Jasmine vine, sword fern and lysimachia.
Her bridesmaids carried bouquets of peach "avalanche bel" rose, ivory "polo" rose, coral" versilia" rose and white ranunculus, sweetpeas, hypericum.
Lauren and Adam were married last year at lovely Shutters on the Beach hotel in Santa Monica. I really enjoyed working with these two — they are a fun and cute couple! I also was fortunate to work with them on their letterpress wedding invitations. Seeing them more frequently and also meeting their mothers were a treat!

Alexa’s bouquet featured “polo” roses, succulents, delphinium, lisianthus, dendrobium orchids, and seeded eucalyptus for a natural, loose feel.
The bridesmaids bouquets had accents of soft pink lisianthus in addition to the “polo” roses, dahlias, delphinium, and seeded eucalyptus.
For Alexa and Evan’s wedding, the theme was natural and rustic, yet refined. After all, it was an evening wedding at a private beach club. The ceremony was held outdoors, and the chuppah was decorated with burlap draping accented with bouquets of white roses, dahlias, and lisianthus, and succulents and seeded eucalyptus. Under the chuppah were two pedestals each holding a tall, natural arrangement with curly willow branches, antique green hydrangea, queen anne’s lace, and tall stems of white delphinium. We lined the aisle with white rose petals as well as lanterns with pillar candles.
The guestbook table held a small arrangement of dahlias, roses, hydrangea, and delphinium. The table and birdcage were also decorated with jasmine vines and some loose rose and dahlia blossoms.
I really like what Una did with the escort card table! The middle and edges were decorated with a blanket of delphinium flower blossoms with accents of larger blooms including succulents, roses, and dahlias. Very cool!
We had a lot of fun making the centerpieces. 6″ glass cylinders were wrapped with a burlap ribbon and filled with a variety of flowers for a natural, rustic look. The flowers included: antique green hydrangea, “cafe au lait” dahlia, white delphinium, “polo” roses, queen anne’s lace, seeded eucalyptus, festival bush, Italian pittosporum, and jasmine vine. Interestingly, all but the hydrangea and roses were local California grown flowers!
Niki and Evan were married in April on the sands of Santa Monica at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Their colors were ivory with an accent of peach, orange, and green. Town and Country set up a walkway and platform right on the beach where we set up the chuppah and Niki’s family made the Sofreh spread of nuts, fruits, sweets, and pastries.

Niki carried an all white bouquet of roses, peonies, lily of the valley, freesia, dendrobium orchids, ranunculus, and dusty miller leaves.
We decorated the chuppah with sheer, billowing white fabric to create a relaxed yet formal beach vibe.
On the aisle chairs were mason jars filled with roses, tulips, ranunculus, peonies, dusty miller leaves, and viburnum.
The reception was held in the Venice Ballroom at the Loews Hotel. We created elegant centerpieces in clear glass cubes filled with “polo” roses, peach parrot tulips, peach ranunculus, white ranunculus, viburnum, freesia, and dusty miller leaves,

Denise carried a bridal bouquet of deep red and white flowers: white peonies, white “polo” roses, red “avanta” garden roses, white cymbidium orchids, and dark burgundy schwarzwalder mini calla lilies.
Her bridesmaids carried bouquets of light green cymbidium orchids and deep red “Black Magic” roses.
Boutonnieres was made with ivory cymbidium orchid accented with a hypericum berry, plus lily grass.
I love these floral ring bearer pillows! This one was made of green kermit poms and accented with freesia and a cymbidium orchid.
The ceremony was held on the pool deck at sunset with the Pacific Ocean in view.
Tall white arrangements of hydrangea and “casablanca” lilies were placed on pedestals framing the bride and groom.
A light green cymbidium orchid was placed at each place setting on the reception tables. We also made three tall separate, yet similar, designs for the centerpieces. For each centerpiece we used white orchids, hydrangea, and light green hypericum berries. We also accented the centerpieces with hanging crystals.
Here’s design #1, a sphere of hydrangea, roses, and hypericum berry placed on a cylinder with immersed white dendrobium orchids. Long stems of white dendrobium orchids radiate out and downward with 10″ crystal strands attached to the stems.
Here’s design #2 featuring curly willow branches, cymbidium orchids, and dendrobium orchids; a classic arrangement with stems in the water.
I really liked how this design turned out (#3). We placed a sphere of hydrangea and hypericum berry on top of a cylinder filled with immersed white dendrobium orchid stems. Curly willow branches radiated up and out from the top center of the floral sphere and were accented with long white Hawaiian dendrobium orchids. We finished the arrangement by hanging clear teardrop shaped crystals from the branches.

Angeles and Steve were married at the Hotel Maya in Long Beach. It was a purple and lavender themed wedding with accents of pink and ivory. I loved the decor at the Hotel Maya – lots of eclectic furnishings and wall hangings.
The ceremony was held outdoors with a view of the water and downtown Long Beach. We decorated the chuppah with ivy, hydrangea, lisianthus, roses, and delphinium.
Angeles carried a bouquet of purple hydrangea, pink lisianthus, purple freesia, “polo” roses, and cafe au lait dahlia. The bridesmaids bouquets featured purple lisianthus, cool water roses, and pink cymbidium orchids.
The ring bearer carried a small pillow made of variegated ti leaves and decorated with white and pink cymbidium orchids and purple dendrobium orchids.
For the escort card table, we made a manzanita branch arrangement with sandblasted manzanita branches decorated with hanging pink crystals, orchids, and hydrangea. We covered the base with purple and lavender hydrangea and ivory roses. Pink crystals were draped throughout the branches and we glued white dendrobium orchids and pink cymbidium orchids to the branches.
The centerpieces were comprised of a grouping of three rectangular vases each with a layer of sand and white cymbidium orchids. The cymbidium orchids had purple on the lips – perfect for the purple and lavender themed wedding
We decorated the cake with white and pink cymbidium orchids. A toss bouquet accented the table and we edged the cake table with orchids and lisiathus blossoms.
